These roles equipped me with a firsthand understanding of the challenges, such as long hours and high-pressure situations, and rewards, like the satisfaction of helping patients and the camaraderie among healthcare professionals working in the healthcare sector.

However, some of my time as a nurse was challenging. Like most of my colleagues, I became burnt out due to the intense job demands. After reflection, I had to reconsider how to make a more meaningful difference—not only to patients but also to the dedicated healthcare professionals who tirelessly deliver care. I understand the struggles faced by both institutions and employees alike, as well as the need for support, and this understanding is at the heart of Kome Care's mission.

In 2020, I founded Kome Care with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality home care services that enable individuals to stay in the comfort of their own homes while also supporting healthcare organisations across the country. Our commitment to quality care is unwavering, and we strive to exceed expectations in every service we provide.
